EXI-PLAST CUSTOM MOULDING LTD., located in Huron County, is a family owned and operated business. EXI-PLAST manufactures "QUALITY", Custom and Proprietary Plastic Blow Moulded and Injection Moulded products, employing 15 to 20 local residents. With over twenty years of experience in the Plastics Moulding Industry, EXI-PLAST has designed and developed many new innovative products. EXI-PLASTS' National and International Markets include the production of industrial, agricultural, sporting and recreational products, household items, military and toy components. EXI-PLAST is the manufacturer of its own Proprietary lines. THE BATHROOM CADDY LINE of PRODUCTS with the trade mark TULIP design. Five, decorative, sanitary bathroom accessories used residentially and commercially. New to our Indoor/Outdoor Garden Products line are the "unique" STYLE 2000TM indoor and outdoor watering cans. With approximately 50% of its sales exported to the U.S. and Germany, EXI-PLAST is actively seeking to expand markets worldwide. EXI-PLAST is also actively sourcing new business from local manufacturers and distributors in Huron and surrounding Counties that currently use or would like to increase their use of moulded plastics. WE ARE CONTINUOUSLY DEVELOPING NEW PRODUCTS The research and development of new products is ongoing , as new and improved materials and processing aids are continually being developed. By supporting and utilizing local resources to manufacture products as well as in new product design and development, EXI-PLAST is capable of competing in a highly competitive market with similar businesses, mainly based in Toronto and Montreal, which is the hub of the Canadian Plastics Moulding Industry. EXI-PLAST is capable of producing a wide range of large and small moulded part sizes in small to large production runs, with one of the largest capacity Blow Moulding machines in Canada and our additional four Blow Moulding production lines as well as three Injection Moulding lines. EXI-PLAST utilizes S.P.C. and 5-S "Kaizen" System of continuous quality and process improvement and has gained national recognition in the Industry for its production of "Quality" Products and Service. Through increasing production of Custom and Proprietary moulded products EXI-PLAST is confident of continuing growth and stability.
